This seal retainer cap is machined from Steel Bar rather than the flimsy stamped sheet metal original which is nearly impossible to remove without damage.

My seal retainer was missing so the donut seal was too! You cannot find this seal retainer and if you do they are very thin and can be damaged when removed. This one is sturdier and should not be damaged when removed.
