I have been restoring a 1971 280SL since acquiring it last August.  George and his team at Authentic Classics have been an absolutely incredible resource!  If they don't have the part you need, they will find it, and get it to you swiftly-they are truly amazing, and I could not have done the restoration without them.  I HIGHLy recommend them for their service, their responsiveness, and their professionalism.  They know their stuff!!!
