Placing your Order and Order Status
Payment Methods
 

All orders subject to acceptance after review for compliance with our terms, If your order does not comply with our terms it will be canceled and any payments made will be returned.

Your order can be processed with Payment on a Credit Card, PayPal Account, Cashiers Check or Money Order and must be in accordance with the terms below.

Please include a contact telephone number with your order.

CREDIT CARD

We are unable to accept credit cards which are billed outside the US.

If your credit card billing address is verifiable through the Address Verification System (AVS), then there will be no problems in processing your order.  If your Billing Address does not match or is deemed "unverifiable", or your Card is declined for any other reason, then we will ask you to pay for your order by a different means. All orders must be shipped to the customers Billing address, alternate addresses may be used but you must notify your credit card company of the alternate address so that it will be verifiable through the Address Verification System (AVS), this must be done before placing your order.

We cannot ship to a PO Box.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Any Credit Card transaction valued at $200 USD or more will be sent with Signature Required, You must be available to sign for your purchase when delivered.  The shipping address cannot be changed after the package is in the hands of the shipping company.

Please note that credit card orders cannot be processed unless the billing address indicated is the same as the billing address that the credit card is billed to.  All orders MUST be to the credit card holder.  This is for your protection as well as ours.  We will ship anywhere in the contiguous U.S. to anyone, but the billing address information MUST match the card holder's information.  We cannot make exceptions.  We reserve the right to ship orders only to the credit card billing address.  We prosecute all credit card fraud.


PAYPAL  

 We can only ship items to the address posted on the PayPal account.  We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.  Verify and or change your address with PayPal to the correct information BEFORE making a PayPal payment.

We cannot ship to a PO Box.
 
We reserve the right to refuse any order.

We will only accept a PayPal payment from one PayPal account for one transaction.  We cannot split transactions by paying for one invoice with more than one account.

PayPal eChecks take 3-5 business days to clear.  We will only ship your order when your eCheck clears.

Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. The Categories on this site and the descriptions of each part are accurate to the best of our knowledge, customer is responsible for determining which parts are correct for their application. All parts should be installed by a qualified technician, we assume no Liability of any kind for incorrect installations or damage to your vehicle.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
