Shipping Information
Overnight Shipping Services and processing time.
  We make every effort to ship orders Processed through our system by 11:00 AM Eastern Time the same day when Overnight shipping is purchased, if the order is received on a Holiday or Weekend, it will be shipped the next Business Day. We are not responsible for late shipments in any case and the maximum remedy to you will be a refund of the shipping cost paid. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping to alternate addresses
Credit Card payments:
All products must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card unless the second address has been added to the credit card as a verified address (We do NOT ship to PO Boxes unless they are APO addresses). The reason for adding secondary addresses is because your credit card company sends bills to the billing address only and any other address is not valid unless your credit card company has it on file. This is done for your protection as well as ours and there is no exceptions. DO NOT assume that because the credit card goes through and you get a confirmation screen that the order will be processed. It will not be processed unless everything matches correctly. Hundreds of other major corporations also follow these rules online as well.
PayPal payments:
Orders paid via PayPal can only be shipped to the address that is sent with your PayPal payment confirmation,  If you want your purchase shipped to another address, you must contact PayPal to change the shipping address on your account before buying the item or making your payment. You must have a Street Address to receive Shipment - We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Method and Damaged Shipments
  All items are inspected for quality and carefully packed for shipment, Carrier assumes responsibility for goods after they leave our warehouse, if a package is damaged or if you find hidden damage to the contents or missing items, please contact the Carrier Immediately.

Merchandise signed for is assumed delivered and un-damaged. Please remember to inspect all packages for any exterior damages, such as torn, crushed, or opened areas. This may result in products being damaged due to mis-handling of carrier. Always inform carrier at point of delivery time of any damages seen on packages and request carrier to note all seen damages on documentation of delivery. Once you sign for delivery, you assume all responsibility of products shipped. Products that are damaged through negligence of the shipping company, customer must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. All items are inspected before being shipped to customer for this purpose. Please remember, do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The carrier will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents and possibly send the package back to us, where we can inspect the package and resend a replacement similar item. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. Authentic Classics will not be held responsible for any damages or claims due to the negligence of the shipping company, nor will
Authentic Classics replace or credit any damaged products caused by delivery.

 For UPS shipments a claim must be filed with UPS, contact them at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damage and request an inspection. You must also report the damage to us by e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Please note: An inspection by a UPS representative may be required; you must save all items and packing material for inspection until notified in writing that the claim is finalized and will receive instructions for return of the package and goods, retain copies of all communications with the shipping company.

 If your US Postal Service Express or Priority Mail Shipment is damaged during shipping, or if you find hidden damage to the contents or missing items, please report this to us within 24 hours after delivery, please also take pictures of the damages and forward them to us by email. We will initiate a claim with the postal service and advise you what should be done with the items and packaging. You must save all items and packing material for inspection until notified that claim is finalized and will receive instructions for return of the package and goods.
