I received the envelop that was cut,  and unfortunately the content had been stolen somewhere on the way between USA and Europe.
Authenticclassics refunded my full purchase.
Now I still don’t have my bulbs but at least it has not costed me anything. Thank you guys for your quick refund. I hope I find another set of bulbs again soon...
