Authentic Classics delivered this part on time, but it was defective. When I informed them of the problem they re more than just responsive. After determining that other parts in their inventory had the same defect, they searched for a replacement. Within a few days I had the right part, even though their cost for the replacement exceeded their selling price by 70%. One could not ask for better service. Next time I need a part for my Pagoda, Authentic will be the first place I turn.
