Taillight Retaining Stud set for 230SL-250SL *280SL


Set of Four of the longer length Studs required for early Taillights used
on 230SL 250SL and early *280SL up to chassis number ending in 011041
Material: DIN 975, Class 8.8, Zinc Plated Steel

Note that most currently available Frames include the shorter mounting stud (approx. 55mm exposed thread) as used on the late 280SL and cannot be used for an early taillight without first changing the studs, the originals are installed with Locktite or similar adhesive in most cases so extreme care must be exercised in removing them so as not to damage the Frame - NEVER USE A TORCH OR OPEN FLAME AS YOU WILL DAMAGE THE FRAME AND/OR THE CHROME!!
