Hi,
Everything I buy from you is well represented and well packed etc.  I did want to mention an area that is underserved in the market that you might want to capitalize on.  I see many post online of people trying to find part number etc and I think you might want to consider offering a "Kit" for more of the jobs on some of the cars.  I just did the rear axle and rear suspension on my W113 which meant looking up about 25 different parts.  If you were to offer one stop shopping you would not only offer something that is exclusive but eliminate head to head competition with other dealers etc.
